So, you’re a triathlete. That’s AWESOME.
I have no idea if you’re a newbie or an elite competitor, but you should be commended. Triathlon (in my opinion) is the greatest blend of cross-training on the planet. It forces you to be fit…in multiple ways.
That also comes with challenges.
There’s A LOT that goes into being a successful triathlete, whether you’re a first-timer looking to successfully cross the finish line or you’re gunning to win your age group. Swimming, biking, running, nutrition, transitions, mental toughness, etc…
It can seem confusing and overwhelming, even if you’re an experienced competitor.
