Scott RunningSo, you’re a triathlete. That’s AWESOME.

I have no idea if you’re a newbie or an elite competitor, but you should be commended. Triathlon (in my opinion) is the greatest blend of cross-training on the planet. It forces you to be fit…in multiple ways.

That also comes with challenges.

There’s A LOT that goes into being a successful triathlete, whether you’re a first-timer looking to successfully cross the finish line or you’re gunning to win your age group. Swimming, biking, running, nutrition, transitions, mental toughness, etc…

It can seem confusing and overwhelming, even if you’re an experienced competitor.

I’m here to help.

If you’d like a free strategy session to discuss your unique goals and challenges, please complete the questionnaire below.

Scott SwimmingWhat this WILL be: Us, chatting about where you are now and where you’d like to go. This call is about YOU. Have a question? Ask it…and I’ll answer it. That’s how this goes.

What this WILL NOT be: Me, talking about myself and giving you a non-stop sales pitch. Do I offer private, customized coaching? Absolutely. And if you’re interested at the end of the call, we’ll go there. But I fundamentally resent people who waste my time and I will not waste yours.

Please complete the questions below. I look forward to hearing from you 🙂

What Others Are Saying...

Amy Clark

I’ve seen incredible gains in my strength and speed!

Amy Clark, Ultramarathoner
Brian Pelligrini

For the first time in my life that I actually feel like a runner instead of a gawky, plodding biker/swimmer who tries not to collapse on the run. As I think you are fond of saying Scott, I could have just kept training harder and harder with my poor technique and would not have seen this kind of improvement. It took improvement in technique, and practicing the right form to make it happen.

Missy Nachmias

He instills all the trust you need to set challenging goals and know that your goals – no matter how crazy or unattainable they seem at the time – are achievable.

He’s made me stronger mentally and bad-ass mean physically.

Michelle Thoe

I don’t like using this phrase but I’m going to right now, Dude – that was AWESOME! You need to do that more often with more runners.

Lots of times I thought 'no way in hell I can do that,' but you knew I could. Thanks for that!

Diane Birkeland

You took my fitness from a hobby and made it a PASSION. I had no idea what I was capable of until I met you. Thanks!
