I’ve had many conversations with coaching clients over the last few days on the current circumstances we’re all facing and the difficult decisions that are resulting from it.

Many of them are business-related. Stay open or close? And if you’re being forced to close, do you layoff people knowing they’re living paycheck to paycheck, or do you put the business at financial risk?

Heavy, hard questions that yield no easy answers.
