There is a difference between a speaker and a thought leader.
Speakers speak. I know a lot of them. They show up, deliver a great keynote or workshop, leave, then do it all over again.
It's a fantastic business. It's so rewarding mentally, emotionally and financially.
But to let you in on a little secret, I've always wanted more.
I've wanted to be a thought leader.
I have this nagging, weird visual of someone out there, committed but struggling, knowing there's a next level of achievement and fulfillment for them, yet not knowing how to get there.
This person may NEVER hear me speak, live or virtually.
I want to serve this person. A thought leader does that.
(Perhaps you could call this an "influencer" but I kinda despise that term 🤪)
For this mission I've spent the last couple weeks recording videos on some of my best, most popular speaking content. Videos are short (< 2:00). Easy to consume.
They'll go on a specific page of my website about how to have an Outperforming 2026.
The cost? Free.
Wait a minute, you're recording videos on your best, most popular content—that people pay you for—and giving it away for free? Are you SURE you want to do that?
Yeah, I am. Thanks for asking. 😊
I don't believe in a scarcity mindset. I'd encourage you not to, either.
I believe in a service mindset.
I need to serve that certain someone out there who wants more but may never hear me speak.
Unfortunately, not all the videos are done and the webpage is still being built, but I thought I'd give you a sneak peak on one of the videos (above).
It's on using "Reference Points" to overcome the inevitable resistance that comes with lofty ambitions.
If you've been here for a bit, you may have heard of Reference Points before. If leveraged correctly, they give you a reservoir of strength for fighting future battles.
Enjoy and keep Outperforming!

Outperform.
