Last week I put out a post on the importance of not discounting or discrediting what you’ve done. That competence makes you an expert. An authority. And it should fuel your confidence.
But what if you’re starting something new and you don’t necessarily have the “reps” from which to draw?
In other words, if you don’t have much competence, how do you generate the confidence to even get started? Or to keep going in the early stages?
