2022 will be over in less than 36 hours. I want to THANK YOU for the support and for being along for the Outperforming ride. It certainly has had some speed bumps!

Beyond this, I only have one question for you:

What are you most proud of this year?

Yeah, yeah, you hate answering this question, right?

If you’re reluctant to answer it, it’s probably for one of three reasons:

  1. You don’t want to feel like you’re bragging
  2. You minimize your accomplishments
  3. You believe admitting what you’re proud of will lead to complacency

None of these are true.

You’re not saying what you’re proud of as a way to put yourself on a pedestal or gain external validation from others. You’re doing it to internalize the deep self-satisfaction of jobs well done and to recognize that your achievements matter.

Because they do. And you have MANY.

As you close out the year, please take a solid moment to feel really freakin’ good about who you are and what you’ve done…and let that fuel your fire for what you will continue to do.

Thanks again for being here, keep Outperforming and cheers to 2023!

P.S. If you're interested in some of the things I'm most proud of (personally, professionally and athletically) in 2022, as well as lessons I've learned, please watch the video below. Enjoy!
